Shawna Ebersole: Lead Listing Specialist

Shawna’s main objective is two-fold: 1) To get as many potential buyers to come through your home as possible and 2) To negotiate the best possible deal for your particular situation. Shawna comes with a strong marketing background and is known for delivering on her promises and repeatedly getting offers accepted within the first 120 days of a listing contract. Beyond that, it is Shawna’s keen understanding of people and human nature that has helped hold many a tough deal together. Shawna tackles her job aggressively and with passion and it shows in her unprecedented track record for selling homes quickly and for top dollar!

Angie Rohrabaugh: Transaction Coordinator

Once we have an accepted offer on your home, Angie will be your main point of contact to make sure that you get through the home inspection process and to the closing table as smoothly and easily as possible. Angie has a strong real estate background and has sold over 25 Million Dollars worth of real estate throughout her career. With her previous company, Angie was a “Quality Service Award Winner” and was named “Listing Agent of the Year” in 2004. Angie does an excellent job of keeping everyone on their toes and making sure we adere to the timelines of the contract. Angie also keeps in touch with both the buyer’s lender and the title company to make sure we get to the closing table on time.

Allison Hostetter: Marketing Specialist

If you’ve liked the Marketing Materials you’ve seen so far, we have one person to thank for that. Allison obtained a mareting degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where she specialized in graphic design. She brings 3 years of real estate marketing experience to the team and has been a tremendous asset. She has a wonderful eye for good design and has done an excellent job of helping us (and our sellers) put our best face forward. Allison is also responsible for helping us stay in touch with our past and current clients with creative marketing pieces that go out every 2-3 weeks. Allison realizes the importance of building relationships and staying in touch and she does an excellent job of helping us do both.
