We would like say a very Big Thank-you to all of you for your wonderful work. It is hard to believe, even a few weeks later that our house is actually SOLD – especially with the economy as it is at this very moment!

It has been a long journey since we placed the home on the market in June of 2007. We initially listed our home with an “expert” in the area and expected it would be sold in a few months before we moved down to Florida. However, eight months later although we had had many viewings we had not received one offer and things did not look very promising. In the mean time we had bought a new home in Florida and were paying double mortgages. We had been exceptionally happy with our Keller Williams agent who had sold us our home in Florida and when we asked her advice she immediately did some research and recommended Shawna’s Home Team.

The amazing thing is that neither my husband or I have actually never met Shawna or her team in person! We spoke to Shawna, interviewed her, asked numerous questions and completed all paperwork with her and the team via phone, computer and fax machine from Florida – many miles away. After the house was listed, it took approximately 2 weeks and it was SOLD!! Shawna’s Team was excellent with their communication, and keeping us informed during the entire process. We closed on the house last month, and I cannot be more relieved or more thank-full.

My only regret is that I never listed with Keller Williams and Shawna’s Home Team in the very beginning. It would have saved us a lot of time, money, stress and heartache!
